Forest Triangle Play will be offered on Wednesdays, starting September 30.

Join us as we follow the seasons and observe the landscape change around us. Our new Forest Triangle Play brings the child-led, relationship-centered spirit of Triangle Play to the Overall Creek Arboretum for ten weeks of creek exploring, forest bathing, sensory immersion, and a playful integration of art, science, and stories. This program is completely outdoors. Each week has a naturalist theme that gives us something new to investigate: aquatic ecosystems, reptiles and amphibians, insects, trees, owls, wild turkeys, mammals, birds, and the plant kingdom around us.
At the farm, Triangle Play families enjoy the caretaking of our goats and chickens and participating in gardening. Our animals are tame, friendly, and patient with farmers in training of all ages. We love to craft, hike, celebrate cultures, and most importantly we always all play!
Wear comfortable hiking shoes and clothes. Dress for messy play and for rain if it looks like it might shower! You may get muddy and wet, so bring changes of clothes for all participants.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and your lunch for the picnic in community!
