Engage in playful exploration and learning with children ages 18 to 30 months.
Act as a co-researcher with children and fellow educators to develop enriching learning experiences.
Observe children’s interests and create projects inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
Promote environmental stewardship and a connection to nature.
Integrate language arts and numeracy into everyday interactions.
Foster intellectual curiosity, social respect, and emotional agency in each child.

Child Development Associate's degree or
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, or
Extensive experience in early education/child care settings.
Familiarity with Tennessee Early Childhood Developmental Standards.
Ability to document learning through words and photographs.
Physical resilience for outdoor activities and a love for wildlife.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Effective strategies for supporting children's social-emotional development.
