1. Shaping the future of society, we are here to empower children, to support them as they collaborate, seek understanding, and grow together, co-constructing knowledge with their peers and adults. We create a space where children develop perceptual skills, construct knowledge, and engage in thoughtful communication and reflection. We turn everyday experiences into creative and transformative moments, exploring both outdoor and indoor environments rich with natural and man-made materials. 

2. Our role is not to control but to observe, listen, and facilitate. We value children’s ideas, uncover their strategies for exploration, and reflect their voices through documentation—an essential tool in both guiding the curriculum and assessing learning.

3. As educators, we don't simply stand by and evaluate; we learn alongside the children as co-researchers. Knowledge is shared and exchanged in a collaborative environment where both the teacher and the student contribute. 

4. We design diverse engaging learning contexts and attentively listen to children's words, behaviors, and interests. We document what we observe, and we use this documentation to promote inquiry and projects where children and adults become research partners in learning.

5. We actively support the learning process by modeling asking open ended questions, mirroring, scaffolding, provoking, and challenging students as they navigate their experiences. Our projects integrate academic disciplines, languages, and development in meaningful ways. As a consequence, we explore concepts in unusually great depth and from different points of view.
